About the Role

At Boeing, we are seeking a highly skilled Diversity Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilize your expertise in managing employees from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, while fostering a culture of inclusion and supplier diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals to drive business excellence.
  • Manage suppliers and lead process improvements to enhance supply chain management and processes.

This is a hybrid position, with regular shifts on 1st shift. To be successful, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations, as well as 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
