Join us as we seek an exceptional Estate Management Professional to oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential site in North West London.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for inspecting the development on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure seamless delivery of services, always striving to exceed client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and ensuring their continued professional development.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with residents, developers, and managing agents, ensuring open communication and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of estate services contracts, ensuring value for money and high-quality provision.
  • Oversee the management of expenditure, adhering to financial regulations and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and Duty of Care, safeguarding the well-being of residents, staff, and visitors.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, social media awareness, and familiarity with emerging technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, think creatively, and resolve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with residential property law, Health & Safety principles, and risk assessments.

Package: This exciting opportunity comes with a salary range of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, gym membership, and 25 days' annual leave.
