We are Systems Engineering & Assessment (SEA), a leading provider of defence and security solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex and high-risk projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bids, programmes, projects, tasks, and work packages to deliver promised business results
  • Achieve budgeted performance, monitor progress, and provide detailed forecast updates
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, maintaining and developing cooperative relationships with customers, suppliers, and SEA staff
  • Proactively develop business opportunities and lead the development of business-winning proposals
  • Deliver and plan complex projects and programmes effectively and professionally
Requirements
  • Experience of managing firm price, complex system contracts of multi-million pound value
  • Expertise in planning, risk, and opportunity management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proven knowledge and experience of all phases of a project from inception to closure
  • Formal qualifications with the APM (to PMQ), professional registration, or actively working towards similar level qualifications
