Job Overview

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Care Provider to join their team. As an Educational Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and cover for short or long-term placements within local nurseries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with children, and possess a strong understanding of child development principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding Children: Ensure the safety, happiness, and stimulation of children at all times
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with children using play-based approaches
  • Child Development: Foster children's development and growth
  • Environment Creation: Create a nurturing and child-friendly environment
  • Maintenance: Maintain toys and play equipment to ensure their safety and cleanliness
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate and up-to-date records as required
Requirements:
  • Certifications: NVQ level 2/3 Childcare and Education, CACHE level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education, Foundation/honours degree in Early Childhood Studies
