Job Title: Facilities Technical Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technical Compliance Officer to join our team at Princess Yachts. This exciting opportunity will see you working across all sites in Plymouth, ensuring that our facilities are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our facilities' compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
  • Implement and maintain 'Best Value and Best Practice' principles in our facilities operations
  • Work with our Planned Maintenance regimes to ensure that our assets are properly maintained and replaced
  • Monitor and report on compliance tasks and their progress
  • Interface with various stakeholders, including production, supply chain, project, development, and procurement teams
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in using CAFM systems in a building services environment
  • Familiarity with issuing planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Understanding of budgets and ability to prioritize works to maintain statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a cross-functional organization
