You will be responsible for supervising junior staff and providing clinical and technical guidance to other clinical and non-clinical colleagues in the service. You will work with clinical and operational colleagues to deliver contractual service performance of high quality that demonstrates a personalised approach with measured outcomes. Additionally, you will liaise with service user groups and other stakeholders to facilitate joint working where appropriate and identify opportunities for improving service user outcomes.

Ross Care offers a competitive salary from **£39,405** (depending on skills and experience) + Benefits. The role is based in Woking (Sheerwater) or Redhill (Salfords), with full-time hours considered. Part-time hours may also be discussed.
