As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, repro-ready artwork images that meet the highest standards of design vision. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will be essential in achieving the best results in the final production.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Packaging Retoucher who can work collaboratively with our Production and Creative teams to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative packages will be crucial in producing captivating print-ready images.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate creative concepts into polished, print-ready artwork images.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between Production and Creative teams.
  • Utilize good verbal communication skills to navigate projects on an advisory basis.
  • Share opinions on both technical and aesthetic quality.
  • Guide the CS team on retouching requirements and flag potential constraints.
  • Support in the review of design work, considering production parameters.

Requirements:

  • Accomplished experience in producing captivating print-ready images as a Senior Packaging Retoucher or in a similar role.
  • Essential experience in FMCG packaging, including large range adaptive rollouts projects.
  • Photoshop wizardry is a must, with fluency in Illustrator and other Adobe Creative packages highly beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
