As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working autonomously and as part of a close-knit team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the care team to ensure high standards of nursing and personal care are met
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance where necessary
- Liaising effectively with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies
- Delivering, monitoring, and re-evaluating care needs in partnership with residents, their key carers, family members, and the wider team
