About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jubilee Lodge, a 75-bed care home in the picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working autonomously and as part of a close-knit team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the care team to ensure high standards of nursing and personal care are met
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance where necessary
  • Liaising effectively with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies
  • Delivering, monitoring, and re-evaluating care needs in partnership with residents, their key carers, family members, and the wider team
