Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of homelessness cases, ensuring decisions are lawful, fair, and transparent.
  • Prepare well-reasoned and clear written responses to statutory reviews of decisions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical experience of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, particularly casework related to homelessness prevention and statutory reviews. They will also possess strong report-writing skills and excellent communication skills.

What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in handling complex casework under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • An estimated salary range is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
