We are seeking a Programmable Medicine Strategist to join our team at Sail Biomedicines. As a key member of our scientific mission, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for designing and deploying AI-guided programmable medicines. Your strong background in machine learning and deep learning will enable you to drive innovation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role
  • Design and implement SOTA ML models for RNA and deployment nanoparticles
  • Collaborate with experimental biologists, chemists, and computational biologists to identify impactful problems
  • Provide mentorship to PhD-level AI scientists and democratize best practices

Salary: $220,000 - $280,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • PhD in applied mathematics, computer science, physics, or other quantitative disciplines
  • 6+ years of industry experience in ML and AI, with 3+ years in discovery of novel therapeutics
  • Demonstrated expertise in supervised, unsupervised, representation, and reinforcement learning
  • Experience with high-performance computing and NVIDIA GPUs
