About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead General Practitioner to join our team at Omnes Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to our practice team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the practice team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the practice team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services, working closely with the Senior Management Operations team.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Operations team to ensure the practice is safe, efficient, and effective.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Omnes Healthcare Limited's vision and values.
Requirements
- Current GMC Registration.
- Inclusion on the GP register.
- Experience of working in a Primary Care environment.
- Commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
