Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that they align with our high standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the management of construction operations to ensure compliance, control, and timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Overseeing build activities to guarantee that all developments meet safety and quality standards.
  • Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining and executing the construction schedule.
  • Managing onsite labor and subcontractor activities while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitating effective communication with clients and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promoting a customer-centric culture and a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
  • Participating in project meetings related to individual units and completions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of key performance reports and updates regarding construction and customer service metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their experience in residential construction management, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Relevant qualifications or substantial experience in Construction Management, with SMSTS certification being essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction schedules and the financial aspects of building processes.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of industry codes of practice, such as NHBC and Building Regulations.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to construction activities and design management regulations.
