Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at ZEISS Vision. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert support and advice on our products and services, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and rapport through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on our products and services, ensuring customers have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to achieve our customer care and business objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer care processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and customer service platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Ability to commute to our Birmingham facility.
