About the Role:
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance within our organization.
- You will have the opportunity to influence policy implementation and contribute to the growth of our culture towards IPSA compliance.
- This is a hybrid role, with a balance of office work in SW London and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of Facility Security Cleared and Industry Personnel Security Assurance requirements is highly desirable.
- You will be responsible for delivering against IPSA audit requirements and embedding IPSA requirements into current policies and procedures.
- You will need to display an understanding of insider threats, best practice guidance, and prevention methodologies.
- You will be expected to engage across departments and levels, working collaboratively to deliver outcomes at pace with limited guidance.
- You will need to be adaptable, taking into account academic style establishment and a broad neurodiverse audience.
- You will be responsible for delivering enthusiastic training across the organization to embed approved security enhancements into the culture.
- You will need to display utmost integrity when dealing with sensitive issues, including details relating to security investigations.
- Management experience of a team is highly desirable.
- In-date SC clearance is required.
