Job Title: Asset Management Leader

Join Buro Happold Group as an Asset Management Leader and contribute to the success of our UK Bid, Visual Communications and Knowledge team. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support and maintain key online libraries of work-winning assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Group Coordination: Arrange and attend internal group and client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Asset Management Support: Monitor new project sheet requests, allocate tasks, and maintain OpenAsset as directed by the Knowledgebase Manager.
  • Learning & Development: Train team members on company systems, processes, and Buro Happold Templates.
  • Systems: Ensure adherence to the administration side of our QMS and communicate any issues to IT Support.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in setting up and maintaining administrative procedures and quality management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Confident, proactive character with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations and problem-solve.
