Healthcare Environment Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Healthcare Environment Assistant at Troon Health Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
Your primary duties will involve providing domestic services that support clinical activities, adhering to NHS Scotland's National Cleaning Services Specification and Healthcare Environment Inspectorate Standards. You will also be required to undergo departmental training, including risk assessments and training in food hygiene, geographical knowledge of the area, waste management, and linen bagging policy.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records. The estimated salary for this position is around £18,500 - £21,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Please note that this role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you may be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
