Account Director

Chesamel Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing events, and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Coordinate client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of events and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on client account performance, identifying growth opportunities and addressing any challenges.
- Seek out and explore opportunities to grow client accounts and overall revenue of Chesamel Group.
- Collaborate with the Chesamel marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets (e.g. email campaigns, social media content, presentations) that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage always-on marketing initiatives, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM).
- Oversee the development of content deliverables for Chesamel internal/external communications with a focus on podcast series and ABM.
- Project manage marketing deliverables for Chesamel, including those related to Middle East expansion.
- Oversee partnership opportunities and drive joint marketing efforts to drive brand awareness to targeted audiences.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support the development of new business and revenue growth opportunities through collateral and asset creation with Chesamel Marketing teams.
- To be successful in this role, you should be hands-on, a problem solver, and be obsessive about delivering an excellent service to our clients.
- Experience in account management within an agency, ideally within a tech and/or marketing environment.
- Excellent account management skills, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and manage any issues that arise.
- A track record of building internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or relevant software.
- BSc/MSc degree in related field.
