Job Title: Account Director

Chesamel Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing events, and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  2. Coordinate client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of events and campaigns.
  3. Monitor and report on client account performance, identifying growth opportunities and addressing any challenges.
  4. Seek out and explore opportunities to grow client accounts and overall revenue of Chesamel Group.
Marketing Delivery & Execution:
  1. Collaborate with the Chesamel marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  2. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets (e.g. email campaigns, social media content, presentations) that align with brand guidelines.
  3. Manage always-on marketing initiatives, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM).
  4. Oversee the development of content deliverables for Chesamel internal/external communications with a focus on podcast series and ABM.
  5. Project manage marketing deliverables for Chesamel, including those related to Middle East expansion.
  6. Oversee partnership opportunities and drive joint marketing efforts to drive brand awareness to targeted audiences.
  7. Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  8. Support the development of new business and revenue growth opportunities through collateral and asset creation with Chesamel Marketing teams.
Requirements:
  1. To be successful in this role, you should be hands-on, a problem solver, and be obsessive about delivering an excellent service to our clients.
  2. Experience in account management within an agency, ideally within a tech and/or marketing environment.
  3. Excellent account management skills, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and manage any issues that arise.
  4. A track record of building internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders.
  5. Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or relevant software.
  6. BSc/MSc degree in related field.
