We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Support Worker to provide direct support to our Head of Programmes. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior leader and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Head of Programmes' diary and coordinate meetings and social events
- Organise travel itineraries and handle expenses
- Support meetings and minute taking as required
- Handle administration on behalf of the Head of Programmes, including presentations, CRM uploads, email correspondence etc.
- Escort the Head of Programmes to and from meetings as required around London
- Provide personal support to the Head of Programmes at their home
- Proactively assist the Head of Programmes with their tasks and responsibilities
- Empathy and understanding when working with someone who is visually impaired
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Efficient typing skills (minimum of 50wpm)
- Computer literate: software that will be utilised will be Salesforce, Microsoft
- Ability to ensure activities and tasks are completed within time frames
- Problem solver
