Senior Social Care Specialist

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join their Children in Care Team based in Harlow. As a qualified professional, you will be responsible for developing permanency plans and working closely with children, young people, and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systemic practice, strengths-based relationships, and trauma-informed approaches. You will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive up to £250 for each successful referral to our social work team.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing permanency plans, including Special Guardianship Orders and adoption.
- Conducting life-story work to support children's understanding of their circumstances.
- Supporting reunions between children and their birth families.
