Key Responsibilities">

As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex needs. Your primary duties will include:

  3. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and optimal functioning">
  4. Providing education and support to patients and their families on coping strategies, self-care techniques, and adapting to new environments">
  5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination and continuity">
  6. Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes">
  7. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery">

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients in various settings, including community and healthcare facilities.

Our trust offers a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. We also offer a competitive salary range of £38,890 - £44,041 per annum, depending on experience.
