We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator Apprentice to join our team at Southern Coop. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for finance processing and will have the opportunity to develop your skills through AAT courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake all tasks in respect of finance processing
  • Monitor and respond to queries via the group accounts email inbox, resolving internal and external stakeholder and supplier queries
  • Distribution of financial paperwork such as cheque books, Gift Vouchers/Cards as well as daily post to the team
  • Support the wider finance processing team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, in person, in writing and with a confident telephone manner
  • Willingness to undertake study and qualification (AAT Accounting, Level 2)
