About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Brirnbeck re-enablement service in Nailsea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear direction, management, and supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to a team of care professionals
- Ensure the service is fully compliant with health and safety management and statutory obligations
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service
- Hold registration for the service and ensure it meets national minimum care standards
Requirements:
- A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a care environment
