Electrical Preconstruction Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Manager to join our team at Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation phases of electrical projects before actual construction begins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the design, estimating, and pre-contract commercial functions
  • Oversee the preparation phases of electrical projects
  • Ensure each project is well-prepared and runs according to budget
  • Develop and implement project plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager in the M&E sector
  • Strong knowledge of electrical project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
