Electrical Preconstruction Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Manager to join our team at Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the preparation phases of electrical projects before actual construction begins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the design, estimating, and pre-contract commercial functions
  • Oversee the preparation phases of electrical projects
  • Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement preconstruction strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager in the M&E sector
  • Strong knowledge of electrical project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
