Electrical Preconstruction Manager Job Description

Are you an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Project Manager looking to reduce travel and further develop your skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Preconstruction Manager to join our team at Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will oversee the preparation phases of electrical projects before construction begins. Your responsibilities will be diverse and crucial to ensuring each project is well-prepared and runs according to budget.

You will come with a broad skill set, ideally formed as a Project or Contracts Manager in the M&E sector. Adaptability is key to coordinating design, estimating, and pre-contract commercial functions. You will join a winning team known for first-class MEP installations across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
