We are seeking an exceptional Organizational Development Specialist to join our Widening Access, Equality and Careers (WAEC) Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and the Health Board's vision for a high-quality organization.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs an Organizational Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating and enabling cultural, behavioral, and systematic change through excellent organizational development skills
- Identifying, planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating Widening Access, Equality & Career Development Programmes and Bespoke Organizational Development activities
- Working in partnership with Service Group Leads and HR Business Partners to commission bespoke WAEC & OD Consultancy work
- Collaborating with the Education & Learning and Culture, OD & Staff Experience Teams and wider Workforce colleagues to deliver organizational development priorities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of managing change and organizational development within complex working environments
- Sound knowledge of OD and techniques of delivery, assessment, and evaluation
- Accredited or experienced Coach
- Strong analytical skills dealing with complex issues, ability to plan and prioritize, and concentrate frequently when under pressure and subject to interruptions
