We are seeking an exceptional Organisational Development Specialist to join our Widening Access, Equality and Careers (WAEC) Team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and the embedding of our 'One Bay Way'.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying, planning, designing, delivering and evaluating the Widening Access, Equality & Career Development Programmes and Bespoke Organisational Development activities to meet organisational objectives and workforce requirements. This will involve working closely with the Head of Widening Access, Equality and Careers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of these programmes.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of managing change and organisational development within complex working environments
  • Sound knowledge of OD and techniques of delivery, assessment, and evaluation
  • Accredited or experienced Coach
