Role Overview:

As a Child Development Specialist at RGH-Global Ltd, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive specialist assessments for children referred for autism and/or ADHD. This role requires in-depth knowledge of diagnostic tools and the ability to provide accurate and timely assessment reports.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record of delivering high-quality assessments and working within neurodevelopmental teams. In this hybrid or remote role, you will work with families and adults, providing invaluable assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting diagnostic assessments for individuals with suspected autism and/or ADHD using established diagnostic tools
  • Writing up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing appropriate recommendations and interventions
  • Supervising and supporting junior staff members depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/specialist developmental assessments with children and young people
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for autism and ADHD
  • Experience in report writing and record keeping
