Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of care using our care scheduling system
- Adapt to changes in schedules, including staff availability and new clients into existing care runs
- Ensure all staff attend staff meetings, supervisions, and training within required timescales
- Assist the Registered Manager with general office administration tasks
- Manage on-call duties on a rotating basis
