Salary: £29,777 to £33,024 per annum, plus a potential to earn up to £3,000 per annum
Grade: 6
Working Hours: Full and part-time positions available, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in duties
Full-time positions equate to 148 hours over a 4-week period, while part-time positions equate to 74 hours over the same period

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team and contribute to the development of our new homes for children and young people with disabilities
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and person-centered care
- Genuine interest in the well-being and inclusion of people with disabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in supporting children and young people who may exhibit challenging behaviors
- Experience in providing care to individuals with disabilities and the possibility of offering personal care

Applicants must be over 21 years old and have at least 1 year's experience working with children and young people
It is preferable that applicants hold a qualification in Working with Children and Young People or equivalent, but we will support successful candidates to obtain this qualification as part of their ongoing training and development
