About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interim Head of Strategic Funding and Partnerships to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our fundraising strategy and securing vital funding to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals to drive the development and implementation of our strategic funding plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value funders, ensuring their support aligns with our organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure financial targets are met, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop new funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in grant fundraising, with a strong track record of securing significant funding.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships with funders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
