About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Sales Leadership professional to join our team at CoStar Group as a Regional Vice President. This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales efforts in the UK and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in the UK, in collaboration with executive leadership, to exceed budgeted growth targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of sales managers for our LoopNet marketplace platform in the UK.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers in the UK.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources, to drive business growth and achieve corporate goals.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, relational sales environment.
  • Experience in managing sales efforts in a highly competitive market with a short cycle-time sales model.
  • Ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent and leaders.
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics and metrics-based decision support tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and constituents.
