Job Title: QHSE Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure health and safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH certification.
  • First aid training.
  • Steel industry experience desirable.
  • Galvanizing experience/process knowledge desirable.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent user of Microsoft.
