Colbern Limited is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Administrator to provide high-level, professional support to the Director and Deputy Directors of Estates and Campus Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and emails in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication with internal and external contacts.
- Coordinate centralised office budgets, undertake research, prepare reports, and provide administrative support for project delivery.
- Develop and maintain a central system to ensure the currency and availability of Estates Services Management's structure and supporting job descriptions/person specifications.
- Collect, collate, interpret, and report on Estates Services Data, such as sickness, holiday records, and ensure relevant information is collected and analysed.
- Under the role of GDPR asset officer, ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to the improvement of the student experience and undertake other relevant duties and responsibilities appropriate to the grade of the post.
