We are seeking a motivated and professional General Administrator/Medical Secretary to join our busy admin department.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good standard of spoken English, and organisational skills with a calm and flexible approach to the varied demands of the role.
Audio typing and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. The role involves taking minutes of meetings, covering the reception area, and working independently and as part of the Administration team.
The ideal candidate will understand the responsibilities of working with confidential and sensitive information and have a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
