Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Administer medication as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs
  • Lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on night care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
