Job Title: Post Completions Paralegal
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours of Work: 9 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday

Maze Recruitment Services Limited is seeking a skilled Post-Completions Paralegal to join their team in Manchester City Centre. As a key member of the property team, you will be responsible for providing support on all post-completion matters, ensuring optimum performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and Submitting Land Registry Applications: You will be responsible for preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, including transfers, leases, charges, CN1s, RXs, and other related documents.
- Raising Queries with the Land Registry: You will raise a variety of queries with the Land Registry on behalf of Fee Earners and deal with them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborative Working: You will work closely with other departments to drive efficiency and provide best-in-class service.
- Quality Decision Making: You will use your analytical skills to make quality decisions and ensure that requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
