Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Independent Living Solutions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex medical needs
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Supporting clients with waking nights, including staying awake for the duration of the night
  • Driving clients to appointments and engaging in activities

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with clients with complex medical needs
  • Ability to work waking nights and varied shifts
  • Manual handling skills
  • Driver required
