Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at Apex Education Recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with children with Special Education Needs, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with their learning and development through play-based activities.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure the child's needs are met and their progress is monitored.
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to support children with SEN, including phonics and EYFS learning.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant EYFS or L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
