Cash Income Development Executive

Cash Income Development Executive is a critical role within Barclays that plays a pivotal part in delivering advanced cash management and liquidity solutions to clients. As a key member of our team, you will drive the cash income plan by acquiring new business, protecting existing income from competitor threats, and positioning Barclays as a market leader in cash management across the UK and Europe.
You will develop tailored and competitive solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and presenting these to senior decision-makers. Your work will involve collaboration with the treasury, product, and other group colleagues to maximize revenue opportunities and develop innovative cash management strategies for various industry sectors.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead efforts to educate and mentor team members, helping to retain and attract talent in the cash sales space. You will be expected to assess critical skills relevant for this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking, and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Accountabilities:- IDentify potential customers, analyzing their needs and preferences, and staying up-to-date with emerging market trends and competitor strategies.
- Create detailed profiles for target customer segments, outlining demographics, financial habits, and pain points to tailor sales approaches and product recommendations.
- Manage potential and existing customer relations through high-quality customer support, responding to queries, resolving issues, gaining trust, and understanding financial goals and challenges.
- Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals showcasing the value proposition of Barclays' offerings to convert leads into customers, negotiating terms beneficial for both the client and the bank.
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources, to solve problems creatively and effectively.
