Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus an additional £200 for weekend on-call duties. This role also comes with a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description:- To work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored care solutions.
- To manage a team of care professionals and ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- To participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a care-related role, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK.
This role involves working Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm, with one night per week on call and one weekend in four on call.
