About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our care homes, ensuring they comply with all relevant legislation and registration requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for care homes that temporarily have no Manager as and when required
  • Provide operational support for senior management, including the Regional Director and Home Manager
  • Ensure the home complies with all relevant legislation and registration requirements
  • Run the home to meet business objectives, including control of budgets and economic viability
  • Embracing new business from enquiring residents and building relationships with your local community
  • Keep your home safe, full, and fun
Requirements
  • Previous Management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from a minimum of two different care homes
  • Strong operational management experience
  • A valid NMC PIN
  • A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively
