Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant at Topps Tiles, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their tiling goals. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers
- Supporting sales initiatives and driving revenue growth
- Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and trends
Salary and Benefits:
As a Sales Assistant at Topps Tiles, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour (aged 21 and above) or £10.18 per hour (aged 20 and below), plus personal sales commission. You will also enjoy a flexible schedule with no late evenings and three days off over Christmas. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn commission on each sale you help make happen in store.
