Job Title: Leisure Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Centre Supervisor to join our team at Peterborough Bourges. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 11, with skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellence in quality standards and results.
  • Analyze customer metrics and Centre performance data to exceed sales margin and profit targets.
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service.
  • Manage and develop the skills of your team to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Manage and maintain the Centre's facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller to ensure that the Centre is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience of leading a team and managing staff.
  • Experience of analyzing customer metrics and Centre performance data.
  • Experience of managing and developing the skills of a team.
  • Experience of ensuring that health and safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Experience of managing and maintaining facilities and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the Centre.
