At Paragon Banking Group PLC, we're seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you'll be responsible for assessing and managing risk, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving business growth.
What You'll Be Doing- Assessing and managing risk across a range of commercial lending products
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to drive business growth and minimize risk
- Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Providing expert advice and guidance to our customers on commercial lending products and risk management strategies
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Underwriter who has a strong background in commercial lending and risk management. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders. You'll also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess and manage risk effectively.
