What You'll Be Doing

You'll build strong relationships with our introductory sources, working closely with them to structure proposals that meet the needs of both our customers and SME Lending. Your expertise will help us maximise opportunities and drive business growth.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong commercial lending experience, a deep understanding of funding a wide range of assets and lending structures, and the ability to work in a direct and broker origination model. You'll be a skilled communicator, able to inspire and support your team to achieve business excellence.
