Job Title: Team Performance Manager in Tesco PartnersAbout the Role

You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results, focusing on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence. Your primary goal is to ensure that we provide the best possible shopping experience, meeting customers' requirements and delivering unbeatable value.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, listening to feedback and making necessary changes to enhance the shopping experience.
  • You will maintain high-quality standards in your area, coaching your team to efficiently manage shelf displays and ensure customers can easily see and access products.
  • You will control costs and deliver budgets, leading your team to minimize waste and complete all waste routines accurately.
  • You will work with the business to drive sales growth, ensuring successful implementation of scheduled range and merchandising activities in your department.
  • You will engage your team in local community initiatives, encouraging them to participate in our community strategies and bring benefits to the area.
  • You will collaborate with your team, Area Manager, and management team to coach on what good looks like for the Phone Shop, working together to achieve shared success.
  • You will celebrate your team's successes and have pride in their achievements, being a caring manager who treats everyone with respect and helps make a difference for customers and staff.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
  • Holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus Bank holidays).
