About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Head of Strategy, Europe to lead our social media strategy practice and develop standout work to solve business problems through social media.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with our Head of Social Media Intelligence to unlock unique insights and collaborate with our Creative Director to develop the best creative work.

You will be responsible for creating the vision for the team, leading the development of strategists, and unlocking strategies to create social-first work that helps our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Partner with the Creative Director and Managing Director to shape the future of our social media strategy team and products.
  • Lead a team of strategists to develop and deliver high-quality social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Data Intelligence to mine for insights that unlock brilliant creative strategies grounded in culture.
  • Stay on top of the latest platform updates and social culture trends to identify opportunities for clients to join a trend.

About You

  • Extensive experience in strategy leadership for social media and digital required.
  • Skilled in uncovering insights through a variety of tools and techniques.
  • An existing portfolio of real-world social strategy work, including global/regional client case studies.
  • Strong experience working alongside new business teams in pitches and a proven record of helping unlock additional revenue from clients via strategic opportunities.
  • Proven track record of strategic talent management.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and confident in strategy creation and delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.

The Hiring Process
