About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Logistics Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will be responsible for the administration and coordination of spares & parts ordering, as well as playing an active role in tendering.
Main Responsibilities
Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient logistics processes.
Coordinating the procurement of spares & parts, including researching and sourcing products, negotiating prices, and managing inventory levels.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders, including gathering data, researching market trends, and presenting proposals.
Collaborating with the Commercial Manager to develop and implement effective logistics strategies that meet the needs of the business.
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with the level of service received.
Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports, including procurement spend, inventory levels, and tender performance.

Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in supporting the growth and success of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or logistics, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
