Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our corporate services function, encompassing Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Admissions, Exams, and Computer Services teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the student record database and provide reporting suites
  • Oversee the Individual Learner Record (ILR) and Admissions processes
  • Lead the provision and development of Information Technology (IT) across the college, including hardware, software, networks, and related systems
  • Ensure effective communication, supervisory, and interpersonal skills to lead and work as part of a team

Requirements

  • Education to degree level or relevant industry experience
  • Significant experience of Further Education funding and rules, and Individual Learner Record (ILR)
  • Complex management information systems and corporate reporting experience
